Ultrasonic flaw detector UDS2-RDM-22

Flaw detector UDS2-RDM-22  is intended for detection, recording and interpretation of signals from flaws in railway tracks with wheel gauge within 990 to 1550 mm, including welded joints throughout the length and across the rail section, with the exception of the rail foot blades, during the continuous rail testing by the ultrasonic transducer blocks with the moving speed up to 4 km/h, with registration every other mm of the track. The flaw detector is also used for the selective manual testing of welded joints, separate sections and rail parts, as well as for determination of the revealed defects coordinates, coefficience of the defectability and their conventional length.
